Who controls the data

37x Limited operates ASAP.co.uk and is the data controller for information collected directly through this service. 37x Limited is a Guernsey non-cellular company, company number CMP76157, incorporated on 18 July 2025. Its registered office is Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St. Peter Port, GY1 1AR, Guernsey. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@asap.co.uk.

What ASAP processes

• Product search terms and technical request information needed to return comparison results and protect the service.
• A consent choice stored in your browser so the site remembers whether optional analytics may load.
• If you allow analytics, page views and interaction events processed through Google Analytics 4 with advertising features disabled.
• No account, payment card or checkout data: purchases happen on the retailer’s website.

Purposes and legal bases

Service delivery, security and fault diagnosis are necessary for the requested service and our legitimate interest in keeping it reliable. Optional Google Analytics runs only with consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through Privacy settings.

Retailers and affiliate networks

ASAP labels paid retailer links. When you choose one, the destination retailer or affiliate network receives the normal information involved in opening an external website and applies its own privacy policy. Comparison links are labelled separately from paid retailer links.

Processors, transfers and retention

Hosting and security providers process the minimum technical data needed to serve the site. Google processes analytics only after consent and may transfer data outside the United Kingdom using its published safeguards. Google Analytics user-level event data uses the standard two-month retention setting; aggregated reports may remain available for longer. ASAP keeps operational logs only as long as needed for security and fault diagnosis.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where it applies. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need enough information to confirm a request relates to you.
